Characteristics of the Products

The Customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated in the relative descriptive and technical sheets, at the price indicated therein, in addition to any shipping costs specified on the site. The images of the products are for illustrative purposes: depending on the software or other IT tools used by the Customer when connecting to the site, the color shades of the product may not be displayed correctly. Purchase procedure

Correct receipt of the Customer's proposal is confirmed by www.oijoitalia.com through an automatic reply sent to the Customer's email address, within 48 hours of receipt of the purchase proposal. This automatic email only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal and the confirmation message will contain the Order Number to be used in any subsequent communication with OIJO ITALIA SRL. Orders will be accepted and processed within each working week (Mon / Fri) net of holidays.

The Customer will be able to view each order in their personal area of ​​the site whose data will be updated as soon as the order is processed. Each sales contract stipulated between OIJO ITALIA SRL and the Customer is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by OIJO ITALIA SRL which expressly reserves the right not to accept the order, and therefore not to finalize the contract of sale, if the orders transmitted are incomplete or incorrect or if the products are no longer available. In the cases just listed, the Seller will promptly inform via e-mail that he has not confirmed the order and that therefore the contract has not been concluded, specifying the reasons.

Prices, Timing and Delivery Methods

The delivery of the purchased products can only take place at the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the content, compliance and status of the products. If the package is seriously damaged to the point that a consequent damage to the contents can also be assumed, the Customer may refuse the delivery of the goods by indicating on the courier's transport document the words "I REFUSE THE GOODS FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING".

Any complaint must in any case be formally sent to customer@oijoitalia.com no later than the maximum deadline of 72 hours from receipt of delivery, indicating the order number, the reason for the complaint and accompanying the same with photographic material.

After 72 hours from taking charge of the delivery, the goods are understood to be fully accepted by the Customer and nothing can be claimed from the Seller.

The payment of the purchased products can be made in the following way:

Possible Unavailability of the Product

In the event of product unavailability, the customer will be informed of the exact shipping date within 48 hours of receiving the order.

In case of unavailability of the item, the Customer will be sent an email with an indication for the supply of a similar item.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.

In this communication, the Customer must also communicate their IBAN code, correct and complete with every detail necessary for the crediting of the amount to be refunded.

The shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. If the Seller finds damage and / or breakages of the goods returned by the Customer, or if he verifies that the withdrawal has been exercised after 10 working days from receipt of the goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, the Seller will not refund the purchase price and will make the product available to the Customer, who can take it back at his own expense and care.

If all the conditions for a valid withdrawal are met, and the returned goods are found to be intact, the Seller will refund the price to the customer by bank transfer within 30 working days of receipt of the goods.

SHIPPING FEES

Delivery

Orders placed during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 13:00) will be processed within the next day. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays and on holidays, therefore they are made on the next working day.

Delivery times are 2/3 working days.

Deliveries are made by GLS courier for deliveries in Italy and with DHL for deliveries abroad.

The cost of national shipping is borne by OIJO ITALIA SRL.

The cost of shipping for CEE + Switzerland + customers is € 15.00.

The cost of shipping for REST OF THE WORLD customers is € 25.00.

If the various delivery and contact attempts of the courier to the customer are unsuccessful, the goods will be taken back by OIJO ITALIA SRL and the amount paid by the customer will be retained.

Returns and Exchanges

Within the aforementioned term of 10 days, all purchased products must be returned to the sender-supplier, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, under the following conditions:

  • The application of labels or adhesive tapes on the original product packaging or on the product itself is prohibited.
  • Until arrival at the headquarters of OIJO ITALIA SRL, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer.
  • The relative transport costs for the return of the goods are charged to the customer-consumer.

OIJO ITALIA SRL will not be liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of products returned by uninsured shipments nor will it in any case collect parcels on delivery or carriage forward.

If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, the supplier will refund the sums already paid, without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the written communication and of the goods by the consumer through the transfer procedure of the amount charged for the purchase of the goods (therefore excluding shipping costs) by bank transfer (in this case the customer will take care to communicate his bank details).
